How can I schedule my session?
Once you’ve paid for the session, you’ll receive an email with your receipt and a link to schedule the date and time of your session.
Will you answer all my questions?
In order to ensure I answer all your questions, I ask my clients to send them to me ahead of time. That way I can structure the call in a way that optimizes our time and allows me to answer every question you have regarding your topic.
Will you answer some questions I did not send you beforehand?
If we have time left in our session, I will certainly answer any additional questions. However, because we only have 30 minutes, I want to be sure I answer all of your most pressing questions first, which are usually the ones you send over to me. So if time allow, I will certainly answer any additional questions have about your topic.
Do you discuss topics that are not listed here?
I sometimes cover other topics, depending on the topic. You can send me a quick email to see if I can cover your topic in this session, before you purchase. You can send it to [email protected] Be sure to put “Pick My Brain Session” in the subject line so I know what you’re referring to and I’ll get back to you in 24-48 hrs with my response.
Are these sessions confidential?
Yes, every session is confidential. I do not share your personal information, ideas, or anything else discussed with anyone else for any reason.
What If I need to reschedule or cancel?
Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so via the email you received about your appointment. Please provide a 24-hours notice in advance of your session before rescheduling or cancelling.
What is the refund policy?
All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within 6 months of the originally scheduled date.
