Lunch can be a HUGE budget buster, and eat up your time and money. I have some great hacks on how to make eating at your work place not miserable and how to prepare yourself for hangry time.

Things I ALWAYS keep in my office “Survival Kit”

Food items:

  • canned soups (bought on clearance
  • crackers
  • veggie chips/ strawas
  • flavor add-ins for water
  • tea
  • coffee creamer
  • ramen/ noodle packets
  • basic seasonings (salt, pep, garlic)
  • Basic sauces (hot sauce, taco sauce, shelf stable ranch, ketchup soy, and other pods/ packets from restaurants)
  • nuts/ granola
  • tuna/ chicken packets/ cans
  • candy
  • hot cocoa powder
  • fruit (canned and fresh)

Non-Food items

  • real silverware
  • plates and bowls
  • basic medicines (asprin, tums, cough drops)

What do you keep at work in case of a hunger attack?
